What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and PA lines
- Administer conscious sedation and manage telemetric devices
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Float between units as needed within the facility’s acuity levels
- Document patient data accurately in Epic electronic health record system
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in Cardiac ICU
- Skills in IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines, Epic experience
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience managing cardiac-specific devices and procedures
