Position Summary
Maintain the campus central office and duties within. Provide confidential support to the Site Director and execute tasks associated with the payroll process. Coordinate flow of associate questions and concerns.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
§ Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
§ Support Site Director in day to day campus initiatives, communications, and coordination, partnering cross functionally as approved by Site Director.
§ Accurately and efficiently processes weekly payroll including but not limited to: Timecard exceptions daily, review of PTO report Friday and Monday to ensure all PTO is in timecards, submission of weekly incentives.
§ Issue and process purchases orders as approved by Site Director.
§ Purchasing of approved supplies.
§ Perform necessary filing of documents as required.
§ Provides excellent customer service experience to internal and external customers, ensuring requests area ddressed efficiently and follow up as needed.
§ Partner with site engagement committee and other leaders in executing and supporting associate engagement events.
§ Communicate company initiatives as directed on behalf of the Site Director.
§ Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge
§ Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
§ Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook
Skills
§ Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills
Abilities
§ Must have MS Office experience, Database and Excel, and experience maintaining composure under pressure including tight deadlines.

Education
§ High School Education
§ Experience in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e. cool temperatures, concrete floors)
§ Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment
