Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and help lead a growing team.
This individual will work directly alongside warehouse staff while ensuring inventory is organized, shipments are processed efficiently, and daily operations run smoothly.
Unlike large corporate warehouses where employees become just another number, this role offers direct involvement in company growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, hardworking, and comfortable leading by example.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Lead and support a team of warehouse associates
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, and inventory management
- Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Monitor productivity and improve operational efficiency
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory when needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Help train and onboard new warehouse employees
- Communicate with management regarding warehouse needs and operational goals
- Ensure orders and inventory are processed accurately and on time
- Help create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, operations, or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
