Rosey, a household management and personal assistant company, is hiring a part-time household support specialist for a client home in Chicago. You'll be a W-2 Rosey employee, not a 1099 contractor and not employed by the household directly.
Responsibilities:
- Laundry (wash, dry, fold, iron, put away)
- Meal prep and light cooking to household preference
- Grocery shopping within a set budget
- Errands (dry cleaning, returns, pharmacy, etc.)
- General tidying and light household maintenance
- Proactively flagging anything the household needs
Schedule: ~10–15 hrs/week, daytime, flexible days, with room to expand hours.
Pay: $25–30/hr based on experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years professional household/domestic experience (private homes)
- Two verifiable professional references
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for coordinating via text/email
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who already operates at a high standard and wants steady, professional employment with real structure behind it.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
