Lead and supervise a crew to complete landscape maintenance and construction projects efficiently and safely

Oversee tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading, and lawn renovations

Ensure proper planting techniques and plant identification are followed

Install drainage systems according to project specifications

Operate equipment such as skid steer loaders (MT-52 or equivalent) and mini excavators

Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure project expectations are met

Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold company standards

Drive company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to and from job sites

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a landscaping crew leader, with references

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience with planting, mulching, pruning, seeding, sodding, grading, and lawn renovations

Knowledge of proper planting techniques and plant identification

Experience installing drainage systems

Experience operating skid steer loaders (MT-52 or equivalent) and mini excavators

Pond and water feature installation experience is preferred but not required

Valid drivers license and ability to drive a truck and trailer

Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
