Apartment Turnover Crew Member

We’re looking for one dependable person to join our crew.
We renovate apartments between tenants, so every day is different. You might be painting, laying flooring, patching drywall, installing trim, replacing light fixtures, cleaning, hauling debris, or helping with other remodeling projects. If you like working with your hands and seeing the results of your work, you’ll fit right in. We typically work evenings and overnights, and weekends happen too.
This is physical work. You’ll get dirty. You’ll learn new skills. And at the end of the day, you’ll be able to look around and see what you accomplished.
Pay
$16 to $17 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and work ethic.
No experience? That’s okay. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, show up every day, and are willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
Raises come from showing up, working hard, learning new skills, and taking pride in your work. There is definite room for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation. We work at multiple job sites throughout the Springfield and Dayton area.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, or willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a small team.
- Construction, maintenance, painting, flooring, or remodeling experience is a plus, but NOT required.
We’re a small company. We work hard, help each other out, and expect everyone to pull their own weight.
