The Joint Chiropractic in Cookeville is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Wellness Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, provide outstanding customer service, assist with scheduling/patient check-ins, and promoting our Wellness Plans and other packages to our patients. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and proficient with computer systems, confident in sale and has genuine interest in helping others improve their health. This position is for 1-2 days a week and a rotating Saturday schedule.
Additional weekday afternoon shifts and occasional fill in coverage may be needed as well. A flexible schedule is ideal.

Clinic Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth
- Educate and sell patients on our wellness plans, packages, and promotions
- Answer and place phone calls to patients and prospects
- Assist with scheduling new patient visits
- Provide outstanding customer service and support for our chiropractic team
- Accurately handle sensitive medical information and patient records
- Help maintain a smooth, positive clinic environment
Requirements:
- A people person who is confident, friendly, and adaptable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable educating patients and selling plans/packages
- Proficient with computers (Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
- Dependable, professional, and a team player
- Someone who enjoys helping others improve their health and wellness
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Position Details:
- 10-15 hours per week (with additional weekend hours every 3 weeks.)
- This job requires some weekend availability.
