Job description:
Pflugerville Animal Hospital is looking for a full time Veterinary Technician to join our team - experienced, or willing to learn. Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, a self-motivator, works well with others, and is able to effectively utilize down time. Applicant must be able to work Saturdays and highly organized and detail oriented.
An experienced Candidate is expected to be proficient in animal restraint, IV catheter placement, blood draws, anesthetic monitoring, possess a well rounded knowledge of canine and feline veterinary care and excel at client education and service. Helpful if applicant is already familiar with ezyVet and IDEXX, but not required. Willingness to learn all of the above is what we are looking for!
6 months to a year of experience is required. Experienced candidates may earn more than the pay rate shown in this job posting. We want to meet you!
Schedule:
