Are you an aviation security professional looking to make a global impact?
MedAire is seeking a Coordinating Security Specialist to join our Aviation & Maritime Security Operations team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this critical role, you'll provide real-time security intelligence, risk assessments, operational support, and travel security advice to clients operating worldwide across aviation, maritime, and luxury yachting sectors.
What You'll Do
Monitor global security, geopolitical, aviation, and maritime developments.
Produce intelligence briefings, risk assessments, and security alerts.
Support clients with real-time security advice and operational coordination.
Contribute to crisis response and global security monitoring.
Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven 24/7 operations environment.
Required Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2 years of aviation industry experience
✅ Direct Aviation Security (AVSEC) experience required
✅ Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
✅ Legally authorized to work in the United States
Important Requirements
Must currently reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area and be able to work onsite.
No relocation assistance is available.
No current or future visa sponsorship is available.
