Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, decorating cakes, and assembling pastries in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Support kitchen operations by handling food production tasks like portioning ingredients, assembling orders, and managing inventory levels
Skills
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; knife skills are highly desirable
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus; culinary experience enhances your ability to contribute effectively
