- District-wide PK–12 caseload (900+ students)
- Perform psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determinations
- Lead MTSS problem-solving and intervention planning
- Participate in MDT and IEP meetings
- Consult with educators, families, and administrators
- Provide counseling services to students with behavioral and emotional needs
