This is not just a front desk position. Our Front Desk Client Coordinator is the face of our practice and plays an essential role in creating the welcoming, professional, and elevated experience our clients have come to expect.

Responsibilities
As the first and last impression of our practice, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Managing a busy front desk while welcoming scheduled appointments and walk-in clients.
- Answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules efficiently.
- Checking clients in and out while processing payments accurately.
- Maintaining accurate client records with strong attention to detail.
- Assisting with treatment recommendations, memberships, skincare products, promotions, and retail sales.
- Supporting providers and the team with daily operations to ensure smooth client flow.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and polished reception area that reflects our luxury brand.
- Assisting with social media marketing by creating engaging content, taking photos and videos, posting stories and reels, using Canva, and supporting other marketing initiatives.
- Helping create a welcoming environment where every client feels valued, comfortable, and confident.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn scheduling and practice management software.
- Experience creating social media content and familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and other content creation tools.
- A passion for aesthetics, wellness, beauty, and helping clients feel their best.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, salon, luxury retail, hospitality, or medical office preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with exceptional customer service skills.
