Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stock Key Holder to join our retail team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stockroom operations, and supporting the store team in maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly environment. Your leadership will ensure that stock levels are accurate, products are properly merchandised, and safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and transport merchandise within the store and storage areas
- Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Stock shelves and organize backroom storage areas to ensure products are accessible and properly displayed according to merchandising standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom, including routine cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting team members with product knowledge, stocking questions, or inventory-related inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations, proper packaging of products, and timely replenishment of retail shelves
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners, material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), and inventory control systems
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely while following proper manual handling techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock organization
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Knowledge of retail sales processes, merchandising standards, and shipping & receiving procedures
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts responsibly; certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Capable of performing physical tasks including heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and manual handling throughout shifts
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
