Td's of Clemson is looking for a reliable, hard-working Line Cook to join our kitchen team for the upcoming football season and school year . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in serving high-quality food, and bring good energy to the line, we want to hear from you! Must be available on Saturdays. Prior cooking experience is a plus, but not required. Pay based on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute the Menu: Prep, cook, and plate food orders accurately and according to recipe standards and cook times.
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain clean, organized work stations (Grill, Fry, Saute, Prep) throughout your shift.
- Food Safety: Follow all health code guidelines, proper sanitation, food rotation (FIFO), and safe handling procedures.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff and fellow line cooks to keep ticket times low and quality high.
- Shift Prep & Clean-Up: Assist with daily prep work, dishware reset, and end-of-shift kitchen line closeout.
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
