Role Responsibilities
-
Diagnose and Evaluate Vehicle Concerns: Inspect, identify, and assess vehicle issues in collaboration with the Shop Foreman and Service Advisor. Provide accurate labor time estimates and detailed repair information for customer communication.

Perform Mechanical and System Repairs: Repair and restore transmissions, fuel systems, cooling components, and related systems-including engine cooling and air conditioning-according to manufacturer and dealership standards.

Document Repair Procedures: Work closely with the Shop Foreman to recommend repair processes and create comprehensive repair documentation or narratives for the Service Advisor and customer records.

Maintain Vehicle Performance and Care Standards: Ensure consistent, highquality repairs that support vehicle longevity and functionality. Follow all dealership policies regarding customer vehicle handling, cleanliness, and operational procedures.

Fast and efficient onboarding-completed within days of applying

2-3 years of technician experience preferred (compensation based on experience)

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and vehicle operations
