Schedule: Part-Time | Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Salary: $22 – $25/hour (Depending on experience)

Your Primary Mission: Nurturing Our 1-Year-Old
Our youngest has spent her first year surrounded by family. As we transition back to our full-time teaching loads, we need a partner to help her thrive before she starts a Montessori program in November 2026. Your days with her will focus on:
- Joyful Exploration: Fostering her curiosity and helping her learn body awareness through play.
- Outdoor Adventures: Enjoying fresh air, walks, and exploring the neighborhood.
- Milestone Magic: Generally nurturing her sweet, inquisitive personality during a massive year of growth!
Responsibilities & Daily Tasks:
While our toddler is your main focus, a smooth-running day includes a little teamwork. Duties include:
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Light Housekeeping: Keeping the day’s chaos at bay (tidying the kitchen after meals, light vacuuming, and keeping play areas organized).
- Children's Laundry: Keeping the girls' clothes clean and ready to go.
- Big Sister Backup: Occasional care for our older daughter on the rare days her kindergarten is not in session.
