Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong technical skill set, a motivated work ethic, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience. The technician will also assist with training as necessary and work in accordance with company standards.
Required qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation daily.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of residential and commercial equipment, present repair and replacement options.
- Knowledge of HVAC building codes.
- Basic sheet metal proficiency.
- Willing to learn and stay up to date with current new equipment and practices.
- Motivated work ethic.
- High mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in using tools related to residential HVAC service and repair.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Able to lift 50-100 pounds.
- Able to show up on time for work daily.
- Able to work overtime as necessary to complete schedule.
Desired qualifications:
- NATE certification
- Trade school certificate
