Job Summary
Currently seeking to add an experience apartment maintenance tech to our team at Lakefront Manor & Villas, our newly renovated apartment community in Oshkosh, WI. The maintenance tech will work closely with the site manager and the Regional Manager to ensure that all maintenance issues are being handled in a professional and timely manner.
Duties
- The ideal candidate will need to have a working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and drywall / painting skills. Experience in diagnosing and repairing appliances such as stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers are a plus, but is not required, as we are willing to train the right person. The candidate will also have excellent time management and organizational skills , as this position allows for the candidate to work with little to no supervision.
- Day-to-day tasks may include but are not limited to performing routine repairs such as installing light fixtures and blinds, fixing faucet water leaks and running toilets, replacing light switches and outlets and changing garbage disposals, snow removal with a snowblower from the sidewalks in the winter, and taking out the trash & recyling bins weekly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential property upkeep, with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude toward resolving maintenance issues swiftly.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
