Transformative Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Female Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Fargo, North Dakota.
Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human services, healthcare, social services, behavioral health, or a related field Additional Requirements Must possess a North Dakota Medicaid Provider Number or be eligible to obtain one Transformative Services LLC will assist qualified applicants with the Medicaid provider enrollment process Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
