Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - Admissions to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, coordinating admissions, and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. Your expertise in various nursing specialties will be essential in providing comprehensive evaluations.
This position is a PRN role, you will be compensated at a flat rate per completed approved Medicaid assessment. Hours and case volume are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments upon admission, ensuring accurate medical history and current health status documentation.
- Decide the frequency of supervisory visits based on his/her professional knowledge of the participants situation and health status. However this may be no less then every 90 days.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in acute care settings, including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or critical care preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation
