Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, focusing on improving their overall health and well-being. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement various therapeutic techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, as well as excellent patient care skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their chiropractic needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history.
- Administer chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Monitor patient progress through regular observation and follow-up appointments.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise regimens, and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients with occupational health or primary care needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with medical standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid state license to practice chiropractic medicine.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physical examinations.
- Experience in patient care with a focus on chiropractic techniques preferred.
- Familiarity with medical imaging processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
