Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions to our commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across various commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately service complex systems.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on commercial HVAC systems; construction background is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC equipment repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with refrigerants and the operation of HVAC/R equipment.
- Experience with electrical testing tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in the field performing maintenance tasks; excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
