We partner with companies ranging from $2 million to $50 million in annual revenue, helping owners increase profitability, improve cash flow, and build more valuable businesses.
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and creating long-term partnerships with business owners.
What You'll Do
- Prospect CEOs, Presidents, and business owners through outbound calling, email, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
- Present Elevate CFO's services and value proposition.
- Build referral relationships with CPAs, bankers, attorneys, insurance professionals, and other strategic partners.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with our CFO team to develop customized client solutions.
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and sales goals.
What We're Looking For:
Required
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable making outbound prospecting calls
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to confidently present to business owners and executives
- Experience using CRM software

Compensation

- $42,000 annual base salary
- Uncapped recurring commissions
- Commission continues as long as your clients remain active and you're employed with Elevate CFO
- No cap on earnings
- Six-figure income opportunity for top performers
Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$150,000+
Long-Term Earning Potential: $250,000+ annually
