Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activities Director to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll create and lead engaging programs that enhance the daily lives of our residents while promoting socialization, recreation, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities Include:

Planning and leading group and individual activities

Organizing seasonal events, games, and recreational programs

Encouraging resident participation and engagement

Assisting residents to and from activities as needed

Creating programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities
Compensation:

Base Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

With CNA Certification: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
Requirements:

Prior experience working with elderly residents preferred

CNA certification is a plus

Positive, outgoing, and dependable personality

Strong organizational and communication skills
