As a Designer, you’ll support day-to-day design execution across a variety of marketing channels, including digital, print, and social. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable taking direction, with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with Art Directors and Creative Directors to take campaign concepts from idea to execution, creating layouts, assets and final creative that are visually strong, polished and aligned with the overall strategy of the client. You take direction and feedback well, while also bringing your own ideas and perspectives to the table. We want someone who asks questions, offers solutions and looks for ways to make the work stronger.
This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our San Antonio office. There will be times when you’ll be expected to come into the office for client and team meetings, creative reviews and collaborative working sessions.
Qualified candidates have:

Strong portfolio showcasing design craft, versatility and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, advertising or a related field

2–4 years of design experience in a professional setting

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual composition

Strong experience with day-to-day design execution across digital and print
-
Experience designing for web, social media, email and presentation materials (PPT) is a plus
-
Working knowledge of branding, marketing and advertising principles

Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into polished, well-executed layouts and assets

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and brands while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and brand consistency

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design decisions

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the creative team and other departments within the agency

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude

Curiosity and drive to stay current on design trends, tools and best practices
