Job Description:
RBT BT Behavrio technician Paraprofessional
We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing individualized support in home, school, and educational settings.
Free training is provided for qualified candidates who do not yet have prior ABA experience or an RBT certification. You will receive ongoing supervision, guidance, modeling, and support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help you feel confident and prepared in your role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD
- Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Complete session notes accurately and on time
- Collaborate professionally with families, teachers, and clinical team members
- Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
RBT BT Behavrio technician Paraprofessional
RBT Certificate preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
No prior ABA experience required for qualified candidates willing to complete training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professionalism, reliability, and consistency
