Vehicle Biller
About the Role
The Vehicle Biller ensures all retail, lease, and wholesale transactions are documented accurately, compliant with federal/state regulations, and submitted promptly for funding. This role supports Finance Managers, Sales, and Accounting in maintaining deal accuracy and financial integrity.
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

Review deal jackets for accuracy and compliance.

Submit funding packets to lenders and track contracts-in-transit.

Bill deals into the DMS and validate financial components.

Verify rebates, incentives, and OEM program requirements and documentation.

Reconcile rebate receivables and track outstanding items.

Support wholesale and internal transfer (flip) processing.

Assist with inventory reconciliation and vehicle billing.

Track, communication and correct deal errors or missing documents to management.

Support Finance Managers with administrative tasks.
Additional Responsibilities

Assist Title Clerk with titling documentation.

Provide backup support during month-end close.
Qualifications
-
2+ years automotive finance, billing, or accounting experience.

Strong understanding of deal structure and compliance.

Proficiency with DMS and OEM reporting systems.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
