Our established, patient-focused optometry practice is looking for a Front Desk/Patient Experience Coordinator who is friendly, dependable and excited to mmake a difference in people's day.
This much more than answering phones-we believe the front desk sets the tome for every patient's experience. You'll be the first smile they see and an important part of creating the warm, exceptional care our practice is known for.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance benefits
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with patients, our referring doctors and our clinical team
- Help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day
Who We're Looking For
You don't need experience in optometry-we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are:
- Friendly and genuinely enjoy working with people
- Organized and detail oriented
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Dependable and eager to learn
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
