Job Summary
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist works closely with our clinical team in the activation of local marketing efforts and execution of the long-term marketing strategy. In addition to the functions below, the responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include budget tracking, market research, marketing planning and execution. The Marketing Specialist will build strong personal and direct working relationships with the clinic team.
Duties
Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email, and search engines.
Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve website visibility and organic traffic through search engine optimization strategies.
Create compelling content including blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills.
Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to boost ROI.
Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement in performance marketing efforts.
Tactical execution of Marketing Campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
Ability to develop data-driven strategies for conversion optimization and performance marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to directly market to healthcare facilities.
