We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team and work inside manufacturing facilities located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, inspection techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team within a manufacturing environment. Our Quality Inspectors play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a Second Shift position, 3pm-11pm. Starting pay is $17/hour.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to assess quality levels and compliance with specifications.
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform precise measurements.
- Implement quality control procedures to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control roles
- Proficiency in using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards is a plus
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
