We are looking for an organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, managing email, voice mail, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Create, organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Must have good computer and typing skills.
- Must have good use of the English Language, including good writing skills.
