Physical Therapist (PT) (Contract)

Location: CA 95355
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Pay: $90+/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients; create & implement PT care plans
