Responsibilities
Support ADLs, monitor safety and comfort, assist with toileting and grooming needs, complete charting, and escalate any changes in condition or home situation.
Requirements
- 12+ months experience Preferred
- CPR required within 30 days of hire
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have active auto insurance
- Must be comfortable driving the client if needed
- Must pass criminal background check
- Two verifiable references
- Must maintain all certifications, training, and company and state regulation requirements for employment
- Reliable means of transportation to get to assigned client visits
