Landscape Driver (No Supervisory Responsibilities)

Job Summary:
Strata Landscape is hiring dependable, safety-focused Landscape Drivers to transport our landscape crews, equipment, and materials to commercial job sites throughout the Austin area.
This is NOT a Crew Leader or supervisory position. Our crews already have experienced Crew Leaders who manage the work on site. Your primary responsibility is safely driving our crews to and from job sites and assisting with landscape work throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 trucks
- Safely tow landscape trailers
- Transport crews to and from commercial job sites
- Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections
- Maintain clean, organized company vehicles
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Assist the crew with landscape construction or maintenance work during the day
- Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Texas Driver License
- Clean driving record
- Experience driving full-size pickup trucks
- Experience towing and backing trailers
- Ability to communicate in English for safety and work instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Preferred:
- Commercial landscape construction or maintenance experience
- Experience operating landscape equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
