We're looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic roofing sales team. Responsibilities
- Knock on doors to engage with prospective clients, introducing our roofing products and services from 9 AM to 5 PM daily.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the local market to effectively position our roofing solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support business development efforts and drive growth.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of our roofing services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups to ensure effective sales processes.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $400 to $500 weekly, depending on experience.
- Commissions: In addition to the base salary, a commission will be paid for each sold job/contract generated by the sales representative.
Skills
- Strong interest in sales and a solid understanding of the roofing market.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques, door knocking, and effective communication strategies.
- Ability to engage in business development activities, identify potential leads, and expand the customer base.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, particularly in the roofing industry.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for clear and effective communication.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using a ladder and working on rooftops—no fear of heights required!
