Foundation Physical Therapy | San Antonio, TX
Why Foundation Physical Therapy?
At Foundation Physical Therapy, we believe great patient care starts with taking care of the people providing it.
We are a small, privately owned outpatient orthopedic practice that has intentionally chosen not to operate like a large hospital-owned corporation. We don't believe in packing the schedule simply to maximize visit volume. Instead, we focus on providing excellent care, building meaningful relationships with our patients, and creating a workplace where our therapists actually enjoy coming to work.
We are growing—and that creates opportunities for therapists who want to grow with us.
What Makes Foundation Different?
Privately owned and locally operated — Your work directly impacts the success of the practice and our patients.
Reasonable scheduling — We don't believe in aggressively overbooking therapists just to increase volume.
Patient care comes first — We give our therapists the time and environment to provide high-quality care.
Strong workplace culture — We genuinely care about creating a positive, supportive workplace—not just using "culture" as a recruiting buzzword.
Career growth — As we continue to expand, there are opportunities for advancement into leadership, management, and future clinic ownership/opening opportunities.
Growing practice — We're actively expanding and looking for therapists who want to be part of that growth.
Your voice matters — In a privately owned practice, therapists have the opportunity to influence how we operate and how we care for our patients.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist who wants more than just another job.
