Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Homemaker Program, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate homemaker staff and caregivers
- Develop and maintain client care plans in coordination with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor program compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Conduct home visits and client assessments to ensure satisfaction and safety
- Manage scheduling, staffing assignments, and resolve service issues in a timely manner
- Track program metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for program improvement
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home care, homemaker services, or a related healthcare/social services field
- Demonstrated supervisory or program management experience
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts home care regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care management
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client home visits
