We're looking for a Production Manager who thrives on organization, accountability, and leadership. Someone who can keep multiple remodeling projects moving while leading field crews, communicating with homeowners, and solving problems before they become expensive.
This role is half in the office, half in the field. You'll spend time in the field, supporting our Lead Carpenters, working closely with our design and office teams, and ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Pottstown Construction Company is a residential remodeling company specializing in kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and interior home renovations throughout the Pottstown area.

What You'll Do
· Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
· Lead and support Lead Carpenters and field crews.
· Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
· Perform regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are being met.
· Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout construction.
· Review project budgets and labor performance.
· Identify issues early and develop practical solutions.
· Conduct project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and final walkthroughs.
· Maintain accurate documentation.
· Work closely with our design and office teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
What We're Looking For
· 5+ years managing residential remodeling or construction projects.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication with clients and employees.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Highly organized with exceptional time management.
· Experience reading plans and understanding residential construction methods.
· Comfortable with technology and construction management software.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
