As a Sitework / Landscape Construction Team Member, you will help create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for a diverse range of clients. Prepare job sites by clearing, grading, loaming, and performing final finish work

Assist with excavation and trenching for drainage, utilities, and foundations

Install drainage systems, including pipe, catch basins, dry wells, and culverts

Construct hardscape features such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways

Prepare and compact bases for hardscape and structural installations

Set grades using stakes, string lines, and layout tools

Operate and assist with equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, and saws

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

Assist with driveway preparation, gravel placement, and paving prep work

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Follow directions from the foreman and adhere to project plans and specifications

Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

Work collaboratively as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
