The Role:
We are looking for a disciplined, strategic, and detail-focused manager who treats DESOURO like their own business. This role requires a leader who can nurture the brand, build the right team, and maintain high operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations with structure and discipline.
- Hire, train, and develop a strong team, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Uphold meticulous quality control, from drink preparation to guest interactions.
- Manage inventory, efficiency, and cleanliness to the highest standard.
- Implement training systems and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
- Be the eyes and ears of the business, reporting on performance and improvement areas.
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership, ensuring every detail aligns with DESOURO’s excellence.
What We Look For:
- Restaurant or café management experience preferred.
- A leader who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to enforce standards while inspiring, developing and rewarding employees.
- Experience successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
