Responsibilities of Sales Operations Coordinator:
Ensure protected health information is kept confidential
Manage the sales team to drive results that position the community to achieve and surpass budgeted occupancy goals.
Communicate ideas to improve customer services
Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales calls to qualified referral sources.
Develop pre-call plans and utilize the impact sales process to obtain referrals.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the industry, served the market area, and major referral sources.
Promotion/PR/Advertising responsibilities
Participate in the planning and coordination of facility events such as seminars, where referral sources are invited to attend
Qualifications for Sales Operations Coordinator:
College degree preferred
3 – 5 years of luxury senior living sales experience and a successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships and build a lead base.
Broad knowledge of the greater senior living market and ability to develop and execute a strategic plan unique to that market.
