We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Charlotte team as Entry-Level Sales Associates. No previous sales experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development from day one.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in retail environments and create genuine conversations
- Represent our clients with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
- Educate customers on available products and services while identifying their needs
- Generate new customer acquisitions and support client growth initiatives
- Contribute to individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales, and leadership development

- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
