Duties
- Safely transport food orders from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with clearing tables by bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling and safety protocols to prevent contamination
- Support the kitchen team by performing manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays or supplies using safe lifting practices
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils and condiments
- Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods while practicing safe lifting techniques
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of hospitality principles and guest service excellence will help you succeed in this energetic role

Pay: $24.93 - $30.02 per hour
