Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Operates equipment of various sizes and weights for parking lot striping.
- Assists in preparing equipment and trucks for daily operations.
- Tracks inventory, including paint, chalk, and other materials.
- Adheres to company and OSHA safety protocols, reporting issues to the Crew Leader or Foreman.
- Follows daily procedures and protocols from job orientations and training sessions.
- Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, reporting defects or repair needs to the Crew Leader or Operations Manager; cleans equipment as needed.
- Cleans stencils and assists with on-site tasks, including filling machines, handling stencil work, cleaning parking lots, and supporting the Crew Leader with layout tasks.

Work Conditionsand Physical Demands
This position requires working outdoors in the elements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds and push or move items up to 350 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This position is currently Part-Time with the opportunity to grow with the business as the volume of jobs grow. This position offers a flexible schedule but requires afternoon and evenings, including weekends. Hours may vary.
Travel
The jobs will take place in various locations in Miami-Dade County at customer locations. Local travel (within the surrounding areas) is required but a vehicle will be provided. Shop located in Medley, FL
Required Education and Experience
1. High School Degree or equivalent
2. A valid driver’s license
3. Experience in seasonal, outdoor work or construction work is preferred.
4. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
5. Previous striping experience is a plus
6. Driving a box truck is a plus.
5. Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
