Facility Leader (South Jersey Region)
Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base with up to $18,000 in performance bonus opportunity
Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 - $78,000/year

Your Mission as Facility Leader:
- Control the Member Experience
Coach, mentor, and inspire members while helping create a family-driven, results-focused culture people want to be part of.
Help oversee program execution, member conversion, onboarding systems, and day-to-day operational excellence.
Mentor and develop coaches to deliver industry-leading training while upholding the ATS standard.
Bring energy, professionalism, discipline, and consistency every day.
Your leadership will influence the experience of both members and staff across the facility.

- Batteries Included - Positive, high-energy individuals only.
Certified & Experienced
- 2+ years of coaching experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- CSCS, CFSC, NASM, ACSM, or ACE certifications are a plus
- CPR/AED certification required
