Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time using talent management software such as UltiPro or similar HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management.
- Manage full cycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to support high volume recruitment needs across various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and research techniques.
- Conduct external recruiting efforts through external channels and maintain relationships with staffing agencies to meet staffing demands efficiently.
- Oversee employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for candidate tracking, lead generation, and succession planning activities.
- Ensure HR legal compliance by staying updated on employment law in talent management and HR sourcing best practices.
- Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing team skills related to recruiting, HR systems, and relationship management.
- Engage in HR legal compliance audits and assist with internal recruiting processes to streamline hiring workflows.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role within a staffing or recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and full cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as UltiPro or equivalent talent management software; experience with ATS platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and relationship management abilities to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Experience in campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and human resources sourcing strategies preferred.
- Ability to handle employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations effectively within a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in social media marketing (recruitment), lead generation, research techniques, cold calling, and training & development initiatives.
