Job Summary
A Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s online marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work in tandem with the Marketing and Creative departments to execute strategies for social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
This position is assigned to an Account Manager for day-to-day account direction, task management, client priorities, and workflow support. The Digital Marketing Coordinator falls under the broader oversight of the Marketing Manager, who provides department-level leadership, guidance, accountability, and strategic direction.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is expected to support internal teams, assist with client deliverables, maintain organized communication, and help ensure that digital marketing efforts are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client goals.
Duties
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Creating and Supporting Marketing Campaigns: Assist the Marketing team, Account Managers, and Marketing Manager in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and company objectives. This includes understanding market trends, reviewing data, and supporting campaigns designed to maximize impact.
- Brand Management: Ensure that marketing efforts remain consistent with each client’s brand identity, messaging, and overall strategy.
- Strategic Support: Support the Account Manager and Marketing Manager in identifying content themes, campaign opportunities, digital trends, and recommendations that strengthen client performance.
Client Account Support
- Account Coordination: Support the day-to-day coordination of assigned client accounts under the direction of the Account Manager. This may include organizing client requests, updating task boards, preparing meeting notes, tracking deliverables, and following up on action items.
- Client Relations: Assist with client communication as needed, ensuring requests are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with the Account Manager and Marketing Manager to understand client business objectives and support account strategies that align with those goals. This may include helping track client KPIs, campaign performance, and long-term account priorities.
Content Creation and Curation
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and support the production of various forms of content, including social media posts, captions, blog posts, reels, emails, and other digital marketing materials.
- Visual and Multimedia Content: Collaborate with designers, videographers, photographers, and other creative team members to produce visual and multimedia content that complements written content.
- Curating Content: Find and share relevant content from other sources that adds value to the client’s audience and supports the overall messaging strategy.
Content Distribution and Publishing
- Channel Management: Assist with distributing content across multiple digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and third-party platforms. Ensure content is tailored to each channel and scheduled for optimal engagement.
- Social Media Management: Support social media management, including posting, scheduling, engaging with followers, monitoring comments and messages, and staying current with platform updates and trends.
- Content Syndication: Help repurpose content for different formats and channels to maximize reach, engagement, and usability.
- Reporting: Assist in creating monthly and quarterly marketing reports that showcase marketing efforts, campaign results, and performance insights for clients.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media management or digital marketing experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to follow direction from Account Managers and the Marketing Manager while also taking initiative on assigned tasks.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
