Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lot Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for all customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking in designated areas
- Safely move, organize, and park vehicles using manual transmissions or automatic transmissions as needed
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damages or irregularities before and after test drives or service appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly stored and accessible
- Assist with vehicle delivery and retrieval for test drives or customer pick-up, adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, customer requests, or lot issues
- Follow all safety procedures related to driving, parking, and lot maintenance to ensure a secure environment for everyone
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries professionally and courteously
- Support dealership operations by performing light retail math calculations related to vehicle pricing or service charges when necessary
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, including THC

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
