ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Report to work on time/reliable transportation;
Lift and load equipment and parts;
Install HVAC systems split and package units, straight cool and Heat Pump;
Travel to and from job sites.
JOB DUTIES:
Meet with managers, supervisors and fellow employees weekly;
Follow company policies and procedures;
Service the customer by performing installations of HVAC equipment and keeping job sites clean;
Update files as required in ServiceTitan Dispatch software;
Collect and remit payments;
Perform start ups of equipment;
Other tasks as assigned by Install Manager or Service Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or GED required;
- Three (2) years of experience in HVAC Installation preferred;
- Working knowledge of Service Titan preferred;
- Valid driver's license required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Work is performed both outdoors and indoors and Applicants will be exposed to the elements including, roof tops, hot attic spaces and in crawl spaces under houses. An Applicant's workload will vary depending on the season. It is required to meet deadlines for each job. The position frequently requires climbing ladders, standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, typing on tablet, and lifting in excess of seventy-five (75) pounds.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
