Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for our leasing customers, delivering timely, professional support related to accounts, contracts, and service inquiries. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting internal teams in a fast‑paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding lease accounts, payments, and general service requests

Address customer questions and concerns promptly; escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team or specialist as needed

Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within internal systems

Assist with the administration and support of customer‑facing online portals

Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs and account servicing

Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer service and operations teams

Education & Experience
